בדרך כלל התוכנית משקפת נאמנה את המוזיקה שמלווה אותי במשך השבוע. הפעם – פחות.
אני חושבת שכשהדברים יציבים ורגועים, יש בי הרבה מקום למוזיקה חדשה, יש בי הרבה סקרנות ותאווה; אבל בתקופות של עומס רגשי אני מוצאת שאני חוזרת לדברים מוכרים, אהובים ומנחמים.
אז מוכרים יותר או פחות, מושמעים יותר או פחות (אצלי ובכלל), תוכנית אישית יותר מהרגיל (בעיקר ההתחלה, ובעיקר הסוף).

cielo de casa - SOFT LIGHT

“אין לי מזל”, אמרתי למישהו השבוע. ואמנם התכוונתי לעניין ספציפי מאד, אבל רגע אחרי שאמרתי את המילים ידעתי שאני מזייפת. הרי באותו שבוע כתבתי “איזה מזל שיש מוזיקה”, ויום אחרי כבר מצאתי את עצמי כותבת “איזה מזל יש לי שזכיתי לתוכנית רדיו. מודה על כל שידור ושידור”. ואכן, איזה מזל יש לי! לא רק שהמוזיקה ממלאת את עולמי, אני זוכה לגעת באמצעותה גם באנשים אחרים – אני זוכה לרגש, לנחם, להפעים ולמלא אחרים באמצעות הדבר שאני אוהבת כל כך, וזה מיד ממלא אותי בחזרה. אני זוכה לתרפיה שבועית מזככת ומופלאה.
ובכלל, איזה מזל יש לי בחיים האלה. בעולם הקיצוני שלנו, זו ברכה גדולה להיות “באמצע” – עם גג מעל ראשי ומלבוש לגופי, שכל טוב בראשי, כל אברי במקומם, ואפשרויות שפתוחות לפני. ומוזיקה. איזה מזל שיש לי את המוזיקה.

כמו שיעור יוגה, שמתחיל במדיטציה, בישיבה עם עיניים עצומות, כדי להרגע, לנשום, לחזור לעצמנו – כך בדיוק התוכנית מתחילה הפעם. ומתוך המקום הממורכז, השלו, משם אפשר לעוף גבוה, להרגיש את הגוף, להזיע! ובסוף לחזור להירגע בשווסאנה, בשכיבה על הגב עם עיניים עצומות.
